Hee hee, is that gross beat I hear?

This sounds great! The only issue I have is the drop at 0:45 is built up so perfectly, but the pluck chords fall kinda flat. Imo it should have been a synth chord with a slightly longer sustain and no release, so it comes in hard and goes out hard. Everything else is pretty tight, where'd you get the uplift/downlift white noise effects? I've yet to procure any that don't don't like the 3x osc and fruity filter slapped together.

No! No! Don't reveal the secret! Thanks for the tips tho! The white noise is a lot of sampled stuff from different packs merged together with camel crusher and heavy eq!

Delightful little ditty! I think the drums could have been bitcrushed to fit the chiptune vibe a little better, but it doesn't take away from the song at all! I love the different sounds you used :) Keep up the great work!

I actually did consider using my 8-bit drumkit for this, something just seemed off about the result. A little too crunchy? Probably something I could have fine-tuned in with a little more effort, but I fell in love with the more modern, simple one along the way lol. <3 Thanks for the kind words!

What are you using to make these? The sounds are nice, there just isn't much structure or coherence to the melodies being played.
