I still think you'd be famous if you just made daily piano vids on Youtube. Hop to it boyo

junipersona responds:

Perhaps.

So bombastic! Frantic, intense, and you've got all the elements going in full force here! Nice job!

junipersona responds:

I dunno, my gut tells me I didn't do a great job here.

Definitely sounds like breathing! That slowing-gate synth sounds so familiar, it feels like I've used something similar in one of my cx330 tracks. Great piece!

junipersona responds:

The arrpegiator slowing down trick is used a lot. Tame Impala uses it in Lonerism.

Ah yeah, the good old days back when COVID was relatively "new" to americans so everyone was naming their tracks around the pandemix xD (wow nice typo pandemix new band name I call it).

Jazzy and fun, but besides the crash cymbal the drums feel kinda drowned out in the mix. Still love that snare though. The bitcrushed background pluck was pretty dope too

junipersona responds:

I have no idea why you think the drums are drowned out. Maybe you just mean the kick but the snare stands out maybe too much.

Woa, this is intense! The drum pattern is nice! I like how the snare is punchier, if only you made the kick thump a little more!

junipersona responds:

I seem to have a kick problem.

Don't have much to say about this piece, other than that the string lead felt a little dull (again like the velocity is at max. maybe try automating the intensity with the modwheel or something)

junipersona responds:

It was a shitty sample with literally no variation from way back then, I can't believe I even paid money for it lol

The muted guitar is fuckin delicious. The drums are almost perfect, I like the drum and bass pattern but I with there was more kick to that kick, you know? Great track! Make more like this. Bet u won't pussy

junipersona responds:

Depends. :)

Literally a song I could sway in my chair too. Another good reference for the ball boy ost (except less harsh synths, I want something softer and more organic feeling. Love the little chiptune lead though!)

junipersona responds:

WEEEW

Ow my ears at that noisy perc at the beginning. It sounds okay once the bass and other elements come in, but I think it should have been lower volume for that intro part.

I love the progression in this one. The melodies are perfect, the bassline is simple but it works. There are so many elements I can do little but just sit back and take it all in.

junipersona responds:

I did not automate then

Ah yeah, here we go. Loud bass, drums and synth. Slow paced, but surprisingly intense and energizing. I want to hear you start a song with something like this, then go 2x speed and have an intense drop or break or somethin.

This sounds kinda like what I want for that ball game we're working on, but with less harsh sounding synths.

junipersona responds:

I will try!

I make games and music sometimes
