The Arrow Key/Mouse combination makes for a very unpleasant gaming experience. I would suggest adding WASD support to make it easier to play.

Pretty good! Just needs sound and some bug fixes. Sometimes other sperm will clip through the walls.

This is an incredible concept, but I keep getting killed by the zombies in the first room >< This game is really hard!

Very interesting concept! I would recommend changing the controls so I can look around with the mouse (as well as making the screen bigger to improve FOV). Also, the ai could use some work. In the original pacman, each ghost had a different personality/ai style.

Yes, I was originally going to use the original pacman AI so I'll look into that. Making the screen bigger as you mentioned would also be a good idea.
