I KNEW this song sounded familiar! I've listened to supershigi's version (the one you shared with me) like a gazillion times, and I just can't get enough of this tune ^-^ I'm really loving your version as well. The harmonies were really sweet, and the instruments are fantastic.

The vocals timing is off, and the words are incomprehensible because of the effects. I see what you were trying to do, but the execution was sub-par.

Thanks man! Most of the time, I start by making a heavily layered chord progression (Usually 4 notes) Then when I'm happy with it, I mess with my vsts until I find the right sound. Then I start building a song around it.
I got the loop from some d'n'b loops soundcloud, I can't find it anymore though. I'll send it to you if you want.

I was pretty unimpressed with this song, but then Etherealwinds's vocals came in (as well as a sick drum beat), and I was just blown away.

Real talk: I was kinda hoping for a more energetic climax at around 5:13, but the drums are kinda weak there. At more little ticks and sounds, and you'll be golden.
