The album reflects on a past life experience through reflection and self improvement. Change is a constant element of the album, giving a platform to vibe in various ways. The styles of Citypop, Mo-Town, and Synthpop and artists like Gorillaz and Stevie Wonder are heavy influences of the sound of this album.
